Agreement and terms of delivery

Shipping and Delivery

The buyer is charged for shipping between the seller’s and buyer’s delivery location unless otherwise specifically agreed. The seller covers the transport insurance to the delivery address in Norway. Standard delivery time is agreed, except for delays beyond the parties’ control. Technical installation is performed by the seller or an authorized representative at an agreed price.

Deadlines and Responsibility

The seller undertakes to deliver the ordered equipment within the agreed time, unless delays are due to circumstances beyond the parties’ control. The buyer must follow the seller’s instructions. Errors that occur due to failure to comply with these instructions are the buyer’s responsibility.

Errors and Responsibility

The equipment warranty is 12 months. The seller is exempt from claims for lost sales as a result of equipment failure. Errors must be reported to the seller immediately, and the seller shall correct the error within a reasonable time.

Limited Liability

The seller is not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party deliveries. Losses resulting from third-party deliveries cannot be attributed to the seller’s responsibility.

Price Adjustment

Prices may be adjusted in line with the consumer price index once per year without notice. In the event of extraordinary price changes beyond the annual adjustment, the buyer shall be notified at least 1 month before the change.

Maintenance Agreements

The seller’s obligations cease if the equipment is moved or significant changes are made without prior approval.

Payment and delays

Payment must be made without demand within 14 days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, default interest of 24% p.a. will accrue.
Invoices are sent as standard with a 14-day payment deadline and an administration fee of NOK 40 per invoice.

Partial Delivery and Customer's Position

Partial delivery does not affect invoicing and payment for usable goods. The seller has the right to cancel the agreement if the customer does not provide sufficient security in the event of financial uncertainty.

Ownership and Force Majeure

The seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment is received. Force majeure circumstances, such as war, currency restrictions, etc., release the parties from their obligations. Notification is required when invoking such circumstances.

Termination

Our general notice period is 3 months unless otherwise agreed.
