EnterTotal is a proactive service where EnterNett takes total responsibility for the customer’s IT solution, based on clearly defined tasks. This includes maintenance, monitoring, and reporting.
The objective of the solution is to give the customer greater predictability, overview, and, not least, confidence that the IT systems are monitored and updated at all times. The agreement will also ensure that there is no uncertainty about what EnterNett is responsible for and which tasks are performed at specified intervals.
An EnterTotal agreement can include operation of the following types of equipment
- PCs
- Server (physical or virtual)
- Printers
- Routers/lines
- UPS
- Wireless access points
What is included in EnterTotal?
A typical EnterTotal agreement will, for example, cover the following with regard to the operation of PCs.
Regular updates of client machines and software
Continuous security and health checks of machines
Tracking device location and user status
Comprehensive reporting and overview of the machine park
