The seller covers the transport insurance to the delivery address in Norway. Standard delivery time is agreed, except for delays beyond the parties&#8217; control. Technical installation is performed by the seller or an authorized representative at an agreed price.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a99a65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1a99a65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Deadlines and Responsibility<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e848cc7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e848cc7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The seller undertakes to deliver the ordered equipment within the agreed time, unless delays are due to circumstances beyond the parties&#8217; control. The buyer must follow the seller&#8217;s instructions. Errors that occur due to failure to comply with these instructions are the buyer&#8217;s responsibility.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-416fa72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"416fa72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Errors and Responsibility<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c81443 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7c81443\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The equipment warranty is 12 months. The seller is exempt from claims for lost sales as a result of equipment failure. Errors must be reported to the seller immediately, and the seller shall correct the error within a reasonable time.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b749a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3b749a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Limited Liability<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d219c33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d219c33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The seller is not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party deliveries. Losses resulting from third-party deliveries cannot be attributed to the seller&#8217;s responsibility. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc078d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fc078d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Price Adjustment<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d06359 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d06359\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Prices may be adjusted in line with the consumer price index once per year without notice. In the event of extraordinary price changes beyond the annual adjustment, the buyer shall be notified at least 1 month before the change.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-819730b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"819730b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Maintenance Agreements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a335e71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a335e71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The seller&#8217;s obligations cease if the equipment is moved or significant changes are made without prior approval.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f633dcf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f633dcf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Payment and delays<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-968ce8d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"968ce8d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Payment must be made without demand within 14 days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, default interest of 24% p.a. will accrue.<br>Invoices are sent as standard with a 14-day payment deadline and an administration fee of NOK 40 per invoice.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-548f9a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"548f9a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Partial Delivery and Customer's Position<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e47b0e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e47b0e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Partial delivery does not affect invoicing and payment for usable goods. The seller has the right to cancel the agreement if the customer does not provide sufficient security in the event of financial uncertainty. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33d8f4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"33d8f4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ownership and Force Majeure<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a0b992 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a0b992\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment is received. Force majeure circumstances, such as war, currency restrictions, etc., release the parties from their obligations. Notification is required when invoking such circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-575d58e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"575d58e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Termination<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2648aeb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2648aeb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our general notice period is 3 months unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf01873 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf01873\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Support<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d192ef2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d192ef2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Support is available from 08:00-16:00 on weekdays. An emergency phone for critical incidents is available from 16:00-22:00 on weekdays, 10:00-22:00 on Saturdays, and 12:00-22:00 on Sundays\/public holidays. Errors and omissions caused by the customer, third-party deliveries and use of the emergency telephone are covered by the customer. Errors and omissions due to software errors are covered by the seller. Paid support between 08:00-16:00 is invoiced according to the standard hourly rate applicable at any time (as of 10\/1\/25 NOK 1050 per hour).
